All of the dogs we have come to the rescue have come to us due to a behavioural issue that could not be rectified in their previous homes. Some of the dogs will have been with us for a year others months, that being due to the work required to rectify the behaviour.
We rehome nationwide just as we take in nationwide.
All of the dogs are fed a raw diet whilst here, but we appreciate that isn't everyone's choice and do not dictate what diet etc you use for the dogs in their hopefully last leg of a journey.
Our dogs are not mandatorily neutered/spayed, they will only be done if they came to us that way.
Each of our dogs do have a rehoming fee of £300 or £500 dependant on working potential with any drop offs charged at 45p per mile.
Cocker Spainel
Doug
DOB - 3rd May 2020
Doug is a good guy that can sometimes be a bit noisy at the first instance of the excitement about him.
He has been with us since March 2025.
He likes his own space as well as a seat with you on the couch.
His coat does get rather full, curly and wild so does require a cut two or three times in the year.
Cocker Spaniel
Pablo
DOB - 7th August 2019
Pablo takes him time to trust, but once your in, you're in 😂
He likes his own company as well as some TLC. He will be happy to accompany you on a walk or just soak up the rays in the garden.
Lakeland/Patterdale Terrier
Bramble
DOB - 10th August 2024
What can we say about our Bramble. Both her and Luna (sister) have been with us for almost a year now.
The pair are really just terrors 😂 Bramble is a bit of an escape artist if you have a weak spot in the garden fence she will sure find it, not to run away but to nimble about on the other side because of course the grass is always greener.
Bramble has more of the Lakeland look and coat to her compared to her sister.
Cockerpoo
Jude
DOB - 15th August 2021
Jude here again doesn't have too much of a nose for working out in the field. He is happy to get a good scratch and a cuddle, but is also happy to have some him time.
Cocker Spaniel
Billy
DOB - 3rd July 2016
This guy is just looking for somewhere to donder about, enjoy a good bone, cuddles and a relax.
Although Billy is on the more senior side of things he is still going strong and will make a great friend for the years he has left.
Cocker Spaniel
Lucy
DOB - 5th August 2023
Lucy originally came to us due to guiding issues but she has turned that corner now. She is a delight with more of an instinct than other to use her nose. She was on a couple of shoots the past season and with a bit of work would do someone a lovely companion alongside doing some work in the field.
